Pilates is different to other forms of studio-based exercise.

Every body is different: Pilates helps to connect an individual with their body, focusing on specific areas to make real improvements and have a positive impact on the body and general wellbeing.

Correct breathing, movement patterns along with relaxation techniques are an essential component of Pilates and I will explain and develop these techniques with you throughout each session.

Pilates is non competitive. It's all about you and your own body. The sessions are your time to use Pilates as means to improve and enhance the way you do things. Whatever reason for choosing to do Pilates the benefits of regular practice will stay with you, in your posture, in the way you move, improving your quality of life both physically and mentally.

My studio is a relaxed, safe, calming and friendly place to be. I guide, support and encourage my clients to work to their own ability, at their own pace to get maximum benefit.
